You will be driving a C Class (non-commercial) vehicle specifically designed to perform these duties. Job Purpose: The Delivery Fulfillment Representative is a vital piece of New Leaf Biofuel’s customer service as the sole employee responsible for the tank delivery fulfillment process from inventory to Delivery. Duties and Responsibilities: The Delivery Fulfillment Representative performs various cleaning and inventory duties, predominantly for the Collections division. The primary duty of this position is to clean and sort delivery equipment, load/unload the flatbed before and after deliveries, perform deliveries to restaurants and lend a hand for minor repairs on equipment. tasks include: Fulfill delivery requests Load flatbed with all equipment before delivery Perform deliveries Offload all tanks and equipment returning from the field Sort tanks to be cleaned, scrapped, or repaired Perform minor repairs on tank wheels, hinges Identify units that need to be addressed for maintenance Paint and apply stencil or stickers on all necessary tanks Introduce tanks and equipment back into inventory Update inventory after every delivery day and communicate revised inventory numbers Repair hoses from fleet vehicles if needed Perform minor miscellaneous repairs Work in conjunction with drivers to perform deliveries Assist with two man jobs for UCO, GT, or delivery/removal (spotter) Qualifications Basic math skills (for inventory purposes) Time management Organizational skills Valid driver’s license (Class C) Working Conditions This position requires an individual to be on their feet for the majority of the work day, possibly in inclement weather. Physical Requirements Must be able to walk, climb ladders, and climb onto the flatbed of a vehicle. Must be able to push, or pull a variety of equipment weighing 50 -200 lbs. Must be able to perform physical, repetitive work for the bulk of the work day.
