DPM LLC owns and manages multiple commercial buildings as well as 6 apartments (one small building) we are looking for someone who has basic maintenance background in the following areas. Painting - Drywall - minor plumbing - minor electrical - flooring (not carpet) Must be dependable and have your own transportation, vehicle and basic tools This job will require traveling to different locations throughout the areas of Lakewood, Twinsburg, Macedonia and other locations within the area as we continue to grow
