Cobalt Real Estate Services is a real estate maintenance company that cleans the exterior of shopping centers We are hiring for part time and full time team members this is a general labor job performed outdoors MUST be able to walk and stand for long periods of time, MUST have reliable pick up truck (you will be hauling garbage bags so a pick up truck is needed), MUST have a valid driver's license and insurance. Cobalt provides a fuel card for all company related fuel expenses. Cobalt offers health, dental and vision along with a simple IRA option to full time employees.
