El Segundo Commercial Pro is hiring an honest and dependable person for our janitorial floor cleaning crew. The position is full-time. It is the night shift, from 5 pm-1:30am, Monday-Friday. ***A bonus if applicant has prior experience and knowledge of floor cleaning (i.e. experience stripping, waxing, buffing floors, cleaning carpet and knowledge of machinery, chemicals, etc). Please give as much detail about your floor cleaning history as you can in your reply.*** Floor Cleaner Position: -Main duties will include stripping, waxing and buffing industrial and office buildings' floors *You WILL be used at times as a substitute on janitorial cleaning routes of building facilities: vacuuming floors, trash removal, cleaning furniture and windows, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing supplies. -starts at $$15.50-16.50/hr depending on previous experience 40 hrs sick, 40 hrs vacation accrued yearly 7 paid holidays ***IMPORTANT For Position*** - You must be able to pass a computer based safety test (English only) - You must be able to pass an initial drug test and will be subject to frequent random drug testing.
