Rental property needs kitchen and bathroom renovation. Kitchen will need new laminate countertop installed, tile floor installed and cabinets installed. Bathroom will be gutted to the studs. New sheetrock will need to be put up, tile installed, new tub installed, new vanityw/mirror and toilet installed. You will need to have a truck so you can pick up all materials and bring it to the house. We will pay you up front for the materials. We will discuss a price to do the work and the labor will be paid once the job is completed. Tenant will be moving out the week of August 22nd.
