JOB DESCRIPTION: We are a busy commercial chimney company seeking the right individual to learn our trade. This is a career opportunity with year round work. We are willing to fully train the right person. There is tremendous opportunity for growth, as we promote within. Work will include construction repairs, chimney cleaning, chimney installations, masonry/brick work, cap installations, taking measurements, driving a van or box truck in the city and 5 boroughs, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS Individual must be detail oriented, neat, organized, and have a construction mindset. Willing to learn, and practice critical thinking. Must not be afraid of heights. Must be able to keep a clean and organized work truck, as well as represent our company in a clean and tidy manner. The individual we seek must represent our company in a professional manner, and take pride in their work. Uniforms will be provided, and must be worn every day. Individual must have sturdy work boots, and a set of heavy leather gloves. Must be able to work Monday Through Friday, and be able to start right away. Individual MUST have a clean and valid driver license. Experience is not necessary, as we are willing to fully train, but it is a plus.
