Looking to rent house

Hi there! I posted something in the housing section but figured I’d try here as well. My boyfriend (he’s 39, I’m 32) and I are looking to move closer to Salem, and are looking to rent a house. We are awesome tenants - no evictions, no drugs, clean backgrounds, verifiable rental and employment history, stable employment for both of us, no felonies or negative criminal history, etc…. Any leads on good property management companies to contact with upcoming availability? Or anyone renting out a place or know one? Our budget is flexible but looking at $2000 or under.
