Full service electrical contractor installing solar, batteries, generators and more is looking for a Lead Solar Installer to join their team! Job Duties: - Leading a crew installing all types of commercial and residential solar - Brand Installations will include Inphase, Solar Edge, Generac, SMA - Installing electrical equipment (conduits, cables, breakers, etc.) - Installing inverters and batteries - Planning work for your crew and stocking your truck accordingly - The position comes with a new van or truck and gas card - Most projects are within 1 hour of El Dorado Hills Must Haves: - 5+ years of experience installing solar equipment - Experience leading a team - Experience installing the following string inverter, microinverter, ground mount, roof mount, ballasted systems, parking canopies, etc. - Ability to read basic blueprint - Good attitude - Provide Basic Hand tools Job Details: - Hourly Rate: $30 to $40/hour DOE - Work Week: M to F 7am to 3:30pm - Overtime availability - PTO, paid holidays, healthcare benefits - Work Vehicle and Gas Card
