Under general supervision, the Nutrition Services Technician performs a variety of job functions essential to the successful operation of the FSP (Food Service Program) while following federal, state, and local guidelines. The job functions include food production; sanitation, safety, and security; customer service; program regulations and accountability; equipment use and care; transportation of meals and food service supplies and professional excellence. Employees in this classification receive supervision from the Director of Food Service and Nutrition Services Manager.
