This is our dog Tater. He’s a 6 year old beagle and a complete sweetheart. He’s up to date on vaccinations, neutered, with no health problems. He comes with his collar, leash, food bowl, rest of his food, and toys. Tater has been a part of our family for years and we love him dearly. We originally rescued him out of a home that was neglectful and he has since flourished! However, we are also a recently blended family and Tater needs a forever home with less energy and more one on one time. He does well with kids, cats, and other dogs, but he honestly would be happiest in a slower-paced home without hyper kids where he can get a lot of focused attention. An ideal home would be one or more adults, preferably without kids or young dogs, that are able to give Tater the attention and comfort he deserves as he gets older. A bit more about him- we named him Tater because he’s a bit of a couch potato! He’s lazy and a definite cuddle bug. He loves belly rubs and snuggling up with a blanket. He’s not usually much of a toy dog, but when he is he goes for toys like nylabones. He enjoys walks as well- just as long as they’re not too long. Tater is also a HUGE fan of food (not surprising being a beagle) and will happily eat until he combusts if not supervised carefully. Because of this, he’s currently on diet food! None of our family is looking forward to saying goodbye to Tater, but we ultimately want to do what’s best for him and give him the best quality of life!
