Looking for roommate to share an apartment with for at least 12 months

Hi. I'm 39 y/o white female looking for a roommate to share an apartment and split rent for at least 12 months. About me: I work on average 30 hours a week and start early in the morning. I can afford up to $550 in rent per month. I'm clean, tidy, and organized. I pay my bills on time and even earlier than scheduled. I work well with others and get along well with most people. I respect other's privacy and expect the same from them. I don't drink or smoke and am drug free. I have a wide range of hobbies and interests. Here's what I'm looking for in a roommate: Must be employed, non smoking, and drug free. I am willing to accept a light drinker but would prefer a non-alcoholic. Would prefer a roommate who's between 36 y/o and 45 y/o. I do not support LGBTQ and would therefore prefer to have a straight/heterosexual roommate. If interested, lets set up a day and time to meet. I usually get off work between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm. I work right next to Starbucks on High House Road and NC Hwy 55 in Cary so we can meet there after I get off work.
