Immediate opening for a chief engineer for our busy Ocean City MD resort. Full time year round position with benefits offered. Starting salary will be between $47,840.00-$54,080.00 depending on experience. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 5-10 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in a resort/hotel setting. Applicants must have working knowledge in the areas of light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems. A valid CPO is also required and a Universal EPA certification is a plus. Applicants must have solid communication skills as well as computer skills. All applicants must have a valid drivers license, professional appearance and be able to pass a background check.
