Seeking a Part-Time Super/Maintenance Technician with experience in all trades. Certificates/License preferred but not required.
Knowledge of repairing appliances is a plus!
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Light office duties required but limited (example; print out notices and pass them out, collect rent, bank deposit, show unit, give information to potential renters)
Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and plan resolutions.
Coordinate with outside vendors for large installs and complex repairs.
Overhaul and repair existing equipment where possible.
Document repair actions and turn logs into management on a daily basis.
Perform flooring and painting inside apartments to turn unit.
Answer service calls during and after business hours if an emergency.
Answer tenant questions regarding maintenance and repairs.
Complete all paperwork and job logs on time.
Follow company standard operation procedures and applicable regulations consistently.
