Our Outside Sales Team is an imperative part to our growing success. We are looking for someone who fits cohesively into our culture while bringing their own values and excitement to the team. Job Duties Sell masonry products and services to existing customers by establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within the customers’ organization, making product recommendations, providing information to solve customer problems, providing technical support, conducting demonstrations and taking orders Develop applicable programs to generate sales with new and current builders Prepare quotes for customer projects; generate new business within existing customers by probing for additional information of customer needs Expand customer base and create new customers by reviewing business directories for potential customers, making cold calls on possible new accounts, following up on leads from vendors and from trade shows, presenting the company’s products and services to decision makers and asking for an opportunity to serve their needs Responsibilities Plan, strategize, and report on sales calls Identify key potential opportunities and strategize on how to attain Grow market share by increasing builder account sales and maintaining margin goals Conducts sales calls for new and existing customer with follow up and follow through Present PK trainings to clients and prospects Qualifications and Skills Requires high school diploma or GED Computer skills which include knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Minimum of (1) year prior sales experience preferred Floor Covering/Tile industry experience preferred Communication Problem Solving Organization Strategic prospecting Product Knowledge Active Listening Time Management Job Type: Full-time Wage: $18-20/hour DOE plus Commission Benefits include: Personal Paid Leave Paid Holidays Health Insurance, Prescription Coverage, Dental and Vision Coverage 401-K opportunity with a partial match Get in touch!
