We are a Property Management Company looking for a Maintenance Technician for properties occupied by residential tenants. Requirements: - minimum of 3yrs experience in maintenance repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, minor roof repairs, window installation/removal, hot water tank installation/ minor repair, flooring (wood) - knowledge of drainage cleaning using snake is a PLUS - have a valid Driver's License - have own vehicle (truck is a MUST) - have a smartphone, comfortable with mobile app technology - must have own tools - pass a background check - able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri) To apply, please respond to this ad with a copy of your resume.
