I am a Deck Contractor and I am looking for a SOLID Deck Framer who can build a deck that wraps partially the. way around a pool like the picture posted. This deck is about the size of the one pictured as it is only approximately 10 Wide x 15' Long. If you can provide a Labor quote with the following specs in it that would help me to reply to your email: 10 x 15 Deck Follows contour of pool 4 feet off the ground 6-8 3' wide stairs 40 Lineal Feet of Railing 40 Lineal Feet of Lattice Skirting Footers could be dug and poured by the framer, or I can get my concrete guys to do it possibly. ALL MATERIALS WILL BE ON SITE YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND COMPRESSOR ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Or if you are a SOLID CARPENTER and prefer to work hourly and can frame this deck without much guidance. Please reply with your experience? If you have a helper? What is your hourly rate? or Combined Rate? What tools do you bring to the job? What is your availability? I WILL PROVIDE A DETAILED FRAMING PLAN This could lead into other work for the right person or two man crew. I have 12 decks on the books right now. I WILL NOT REPLY TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT EITHER PROVIDE ME A BASIC QUOTE OR WHO DOES NOT PROVIDE THE ANSWERS TO MY "HOURLY RATE" QUESTIONS
