super awesome cat, 12 years old

So I'm hesitant to give him away, because he's a really great cat, but the reality is I have too much going on right now to properly take care of him and give him the attention he needs. He is approximately 12 years old. He was originally my mother's cat, but she made me take him about 5 years ago because my nephew is severely allergic. He is healthy, neutered, and also his front claws have been removed. He is extremely social and friendly with people, much like a dog. He will let anyone pet him, but he isn't generally too pushy for attention, at the same time. He was raised with other cats and dogs as a kitten (a shelter and foster home) and grew up with another cat, and as far as I know he always got along with them. If you're interested, please text me. I do not have a car, so you would need to pick him up (I don't want to risk exposing someone allergic with a cab). But I can meet you somewhere public in my neighborhood if that's more comfortable for you. It would be a huge help for me, as shelters are still not operating normally due to COVID. Which also reminds me, I am vaccinated and comfortable with social distancing and masks, if that's a concern for you.
