Forklift Operator -4 Day Work Week Insource Performance Solutions is currently seeking fulltime associates to join our internal team in Allentown, PA. We are NOT a temporary staffing company. Fulltime positions only. Job Description The function of the Forklift Operator is to accurately perform the production work supplied by the client, Team Leader and/or Performance Supervisor. This is to be done in an effective, safe, and prompt manner. Duties and Responsibilities: * Accurately performs the worked presented to him/her daily. * Display and encourage teamwork. * Maintain positive working relationships with all employees. * Communicate effectively with peers, leads, and members of management. * Abide by, convey, and enforce company policies. * Follow all safety rules and report all accidents and product damage immediately. * Ensure that all rework is completed accurately and prompt. * Work to reduce and eliminate errors. * Perform other duties as requested by management. * If required, assist other departments in performing any requested work. * Reports to the Lead any unusual condition of product. * Performs a visual check on all products as it passes your station. 10 Hour days, Monday through Thursday 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM 8 Hour days, Monday through Friday 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM 2nd Shift: from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.50-17.00 For additional information call or text at 484-375-9097 · Ability to work in fast pace/production based environment. · Positive attitude · Willingness to work in a team environment and open to work overtime on an as needed basis. · Cross training opportunities throughout the plant · Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.
