Integrity Staffing is currently seeking Forklift Operators/Material Handlers for an opportunity in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate will be flexible for both shift and daily responsibilities, familiar with distribution, capable of working in a fast-paced environment with no climate control, and be able to work as a team or independently. This is a temp to hire position starting at $15/hour with potential for more and will increase when converting to permanent placement. Job duties/responsibilities • Responsible for regular maintenance on equipment (inspect, clean, and lubricate as required) • Operate/troubleshoot palletizer for various products • Contribute to team goals by accomplishing tasks while meeting key performance targets • Provide assistance to team members as required • Support/maintain corporate quality, health/safety standards, processes, policies, and work instructions. • All other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Required: • High School Diploma or GED required • Must be able to work in a hot environment • Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy • Ability to work nights and possibly weekends (10, 12 hour shifts) • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds • Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time Benefits and Perks • Weekly Pay • Day 1 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance • FREE Professional/Career training through Next Step U • Strong opportunity for advancement with a great organization Questions?
