Established senior apartment community in the North Dallas & Richardson area is seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance person to start immediately with competitive pay, employer paid health benefits, accrued sick (one week annually) and accrued vacation (two weeks annually). Hourly compensation based on HVAC (EPA), electric or plumbing certification(s). Position does not require after-hours or weekend scheduling. Must have apartment make-ready and general maintenance experience for consideration. A current driver's license is required. Mandatory background and drug screening.
