• Foreman will lead crew in efficiency, production, training and safety protocol • Train new employees, and help build Assistant Foreman and new Foreman • Maintain professional and clean appearance, and maintain professional and clean equipment and production • Communicate daily production goals with crew members and Project Manager daily. • Affiliated with Laborers 563 and 49er Operating engineers. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 2 years’ experience as a crew lead or foreman in Landscape Construction Industry • Comply with all safety regulations and requirements-lead by example • Position requires a valid driver’s license and driving record that is insurable on the company policy • Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape and soft scape applications • Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment including trucks and trailers • Excellent attention to detail, highly motivated and self-driven while working in a fun and fast paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
