guitar player for country acoustic trio/duo

Looking for 1-2 good guitar players to be in a country acoustic band. I'm 48, semi-retired, decent vocalist but not a good guitar player...I can strum chords. I have the financial means to pay a couple of band members for 3-4 months...play together and see where it goes. I'm willing to pay because I do expect you to be a skilled guitar player. Ultimately, I'd like to play small gigs in the South Sound. And if in 3-4 months it doesn't work out, oh well, at least I gave it an honest try and can check it off the list. I have no idea how to structure the financial aspect(s). Again, I'm willing to fund everyone's time and provide whatever overhead is required. I have a nice house in Gig Harbor to host from. Most all of what I have in mind is very easy music...Florida Georgia Line, Chris Stapleton, Luke Bryan, etc. I'm not tied to a particular genre...I'm more tied to songs that can come alive in an acoustic arrangement. Good vocalist would be helpful as well.
