Lead Vocalist seeking to build a cover band. Drums Bass Keys Rhythm Lead (bonus for vocals on any of these for harmonies/alt leads) Overall goals: build a 1hr set (then up to 3hr) of singalong-worthy/dancey tunes. Down to pick a decade or just stick to what's fun and relevant. Start booking gigs in the next few months, preferably as a group effort. I have experience as a band leader but like a more collaborative atmosphere. A very chill yet focused vibe is the goal. I like to create an experience that also has some surprises - like new takes on tunes or fun mash-ups/medleys. Once we have the beginnings of a line-up, the goal is 1x weekly rehearsals at least until we're gigging. Would like to plan for 2-3 gigs per month. I was formerly in a 90s-Rock Cover Band in Chicago (www.facebook.com/realitybiteschicago). I recently relocated to Rochester.
