Signing Bonus! Need extra $$? Weekend job? High-rise building is looking for a part-time Concierge Assistant. Comfortable workplace with MANY perks. We are hiring the right candidate for the following shifts: Saturday & Sunday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM *There will be opportunity to pick up other shifts (if interested) after paid training.* Qualifications from applicants must include: Have an EXCELLENT customer service background and positive attitude! Great attention to detail. Previous hospitality experience preferred. Clean and neat appearance. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Be proactive and take initiative. Be trustworthy and dependable - Valid driver's license. Must be able to speak English Light maintenance duties. Essential Functions: Greet guest and park their cars if requested, or direct them to guest parking. Assist residents with their requests to carrying packages to or from their suites or washing their car. Perform a walk-through of the entire property, pick up any litter and note any problems and report them to Concierge Services Director. Maintain cleanliness in the garage to include picking up trash or recyclable items to the main compactor room. Provide assistance for the Building Engineer, Concierge or General Manager as necessary.
