Description
Virginia driver requirements are really quite liberal and it takes quite a bit to lose your license. Laws like 46.2-322 benefit the common good, and if someone loses their right to drive under this section of the law you can be pretty certain: they should NOT be driving a motor vehicle.
You either cited the wrong statute or you just have no idea what you're talking about. Stating that you are a catholic or anything else is absolutely immaterial to a law such as this.
One would have to think that you lost your license under this law. If that is so it should make everyone feel more comfortable that you are not on the road behind the wheel of a car. You should either fix the situation or learn to live with it. You are not going to change this law.
