Description

Hiring for a manufacturing facility that makes reinforced drainage pipe for sewage and water systems in rural and urban areas. All piping is reinforce by steel, which is formed in house, and shipped out of the facility. The Production floor is set up by crews of 4-5 workers, that is overseen by a lead. They will constantly be shadowing, and learning the processes within their group of 4-5 people, regardless of their tenure. Job Duties: They will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks based on the day. Below is a list of what to prepare the candidates on. -Tying rebar for concrete forming -Working in the finishing area (Using tape measure to measure pipe before it is shipped, painting over holes in finished pipe, breaking out Styrofoam after forms set). They will repair holes in concrete using a paint brush -Operating production Machinery that pours concrete -Cleaning/sweeping around the production machinery (This is done every day, and everyone has to do it) Addition Information -They must be open to taking direction and learning every day. Someone who wants to do the same thing everyday will not work out -OVERTIME. They will work about 50-55 hours per week -This is NOT a heavy job, its more tedious than anything. Sometimes people hear the word "concrete" and they picture lifting 80Ib bags all day. This is not the case. HOURS/PAY -1st shift $18/hr -1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday -1st shift: 6am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday -2nd shift $20/hr -2nd shift: 3pm to 1:30am-2am Monday - Friday
