Clement Park Workout or nearby location! Location is texted each week! You will sweat, so bring a water bottle!!! We always have a blast and always have an awesome group of people! SKILL LEVEL: This is for all fitness skill levels! However, this workout will be on skill level: DIFFICULT! Meaning, we are going to push you to your limits. You will sweat, it will burn and it will be hard. But we are going to be there to get you through it! TYPE OF WORKOUT: We do a workout similar to a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style, some partner exercises, light running, circuits, squats, push-ups, sit-ups... and work all parts of the body! Not much cardio at all. We use a lot of resistance bands! WHERE TO MEET: Will be sent by text to the group day prior to workout. $10/person goes to @Activebodybootcamp Stacie Cunningham and just put in the notes 8/22 Summit Workout Group RSVP with Brittany as well by texting 701-793-714six! SHAKE BAR: We will be open afterwards for recovery shakes 9am-2pm! Class Times 8:30am- 9:15am What to bring: -Water -Yoga Mat
