Cal Coast News has been reporting on their investigation into the Dayspring marijuana business. It appears that Dayspring donated money to numerous local political persons which was stated to be legal. Perhaps those accepting money should of recused themselves on voting for the marijuana permits and in Harmon's case, not write the the requirements for securing permits, leaving that to others whom did not accept "donations".
What is troubling to me is the $1000 worth of marijuana that Harmon accepted at Dayspring's offices she regularly hung out in (according to Cal Coast News and employees of Dayspring). You would think accepting a "gift" of that value would be a crime. But Telegram Tribune nor anyone else seems to think this is wrong.
Yes we have a corruption in our county. The only way to get rid of the stink is to clean the toilet.
