Small catering company seeking a prep cook to perform basic food preparation. duties will include: basic food prep cleanliness of kitchen, catering hot boxes, proper labeling, rotation and consolidation of food items. cleanliness of refrigerators and freezers. hours will be part time with room to grow. 1pm-5pm or 2pm-6pm. hours have some flexibility including early morning hours.
