Yard clean up, interior trim painting etc

I am putting my elderly mother's home on the market and I have a few projects that I need done asap. 1. I pulled carpet and got all the tack strips up, but need help getting the last staples out. 2. Trim needs painting, but most can just be sprayed because walls will be painted too. 3. Yard needs mowing (I have a mower I can bring), and beauty bark needs to be laid down 4. A stack of wood needs to be loaded into a trailer so we can take to dump. Need this done Tuesday, Wed or Thursday of this week. 5. Cabinets need to be washed out 6. Garage needs to be swept out. 7. Small freezer needs to be moved to garage. 8. pressure wash sidewalk and patio Will pay $200 cash at finish. House is in central Vancouver, Orchards area.
