$$ YOU'RE HIRED!! $$ COME DOWN & FILL OUT YOUR EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK!! $$ WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR FOOD WORKERS CARD WHILE YOU ARE HERE AT THE JOB FAIR!! $$ SCHEDULE YOUR HIRING SESSION TODAY: **OR** WALK-IN MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-4PM (TUESDAY UNTIL 6PM) Job title: Food Booth Workers Department: Concessions & Merchandise Job Type: Seasonal (9/2/2021-9/30/2021) Event: Washington State Fair Location: Puyallup, WA Compensation: $15.00-$20.00 Hourly, Tips, Referral Bonus Qualifications: Clear Communication Skills Self-Control Taking Responsibility Patience Restaurant experience (Preferred, but will train) Kitchen experience (Preferred, but will train) Responsibilities for Food Booth Workers: Prepare and cook menu items through strict recipe adherence Collaborate with co-workers to deliver quality product in a safe & profitable manner Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with company, state, and county health codes Operate kitchen equipment including but not limited to: mixers, fryers, ovens, knives, grills, stovetops, etc. Monitor and rotate product to ensure quality of ingredients Taking customer orders Process high volume point of sale transactions Food preparation Collaborate with co-workers to deliver quality product and gear ice to the for customer Partner with co-workers to maintain a safe and profitable business with healthy and inclusive culture Practice highest standards of sanitation Other duties as assigned Requirements: US work authorization An upbeat and friendly attitude Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team Ability to multi-task Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Ability to adhere to company recipes and processes Possess or be able to obtain applicable Food/Beverage handling permits (Impact Concessions will pay for during hiring appointment) Ability to communicate in English Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience in concessions Customer service (Preferred) Restaurant experience (Preferred) Kitchen experience (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: Up to $20.00/Hour Benefits: Employee discount Physical Setting: Fast casual restaurant Food truck Quick service restaurant Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Tips Bonus Work Location: One location (Washington State Fairgrounds)
