Come join a company who is growing, has fun, and is the next leader in the roofing industry! We are looking for an EXPERIENCED REPAIR TECH to join our Portland, Vancouver, and Olympia based crews. This job will entail diagnosing roofing problems, and performing repairs. NO selling, we leave that to the estimators. The ideal candidate will have experience correctly diagnosing and repairing leaks on shingle roofing projects, and love interacting with and helping customers. The position would also include: -Light Carpentry -Gutter Work -Roof Cleaning and Maintenance -Roof Repair -attic insulation (blow-in) We offer: Piece rate. FIVE (5) YEARS ROOFING EXPERIENCE, AND BE PROFICIENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF SHINGLE ROOFING Must be trainable and open to new ideas. This is important. Be able to work in all types of weather- we don't stop! Be able to work from heights Be able to lift 70 lbs. Be able to work in a fast paced environment Be able to work full time Mon-Fri, overtime and Saturdays as needed Driver's license Insurable driving record- No reckless, negligent, or DUI's in the last 3 years Must be 18 or over Construction experience is helpful, but not required if you have a good attitude.
