Sister Siding is a local siding company looking for more Subs as we continue to grow. We are looking for Subcontractors to take on the commercial and residential painting contracts. Requirements - Active license and Liability Insurance. - Your own equipment. - Ability to read, follow, and execute contracts. - Ability to communicate with homeowners with great attitude and problem solving skills. About You - Reliable - When we schedule a job with you, we need you to be there on time. - Experienced - Able to manage the quality of the project and relationship with customers. - Have Tools - Have a clean and plain van / truck. Have tools and equipment to do work. - Honest - Honest with us. We only want you doing what you are really good at, if you can’t - then don’t say you can do it! - Consistent - We are looking to give you all our painting work, we need consistent communication and quality. Maybe you are a new business owner or you just don’t like doing bids and paperwork - You would rather focus on the painting. If that is you, we are going to be the perfect team!
