***UPDATE*** Fortunately he was chipped. We've given our info over and hopefully his family will come for him soon. He's settled down some and had a little food/water. We'll keep him with us until midafternoon or so and if we haven't heard from his family by then, we'll take him over to the county. I'm afraid our building management would not be pleased if we kept him overnight. Just a reminder: please consider keeping a spare slip leash even if you don't have pets. This sweet boy was dodging traffic and w/o a collar, we had no hope of wrangling him otherwise since he's so strong. I've caught a few pups over the years and such a small thing can really save a life. Found on NE Halsey near 162nd. Large male dog. Black and white markings with one blue eye and one brown. Curl to the tail. Friendly, but nervous.
