Building and grounds maintenance position for property located on 600 beautiful acres of land. This is a junior position to two person maintenance team but the following skills are a required and/or a plus: • Must have working knowledge of riding mowers and general maintenance equipment such as chain saws, pressure washers, etc. • Handy man knowledge of building repairs such as building or replacing wood on decks, plumbing, and small electrical repairs or willing and have ability to be trained in these areas. • Self motivating and requires little direction once given a task. • Must be honest, organized, and friendly. Non-smoking on premises and background checked.
