A qualified applicant possesses:
-3+ years experience in residential construction remodeling, painting, framing, siding and trim.
-General construction knowledge.
-Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work in various types of weather.
-Ability to produce craftsmanship quality work.
-Treats all clients, co-workers, and subcontractors with dignity and respect.
-2-3 References
-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to/from job sites.
-Your own tools.
