Please help - placement for 1 medium dog

PLEASE HELP! I have posted him before with internet but NO FOLLOW THROUGH and I'm running out of time. I need emergent placement. I cannot keep him. I am willing to explain our situation to SERIOUS parties. NO rescues! He is very special to me, I want to know where he's going and who he is with. It also doesn't make sense to me for a rescue to take him then turn around and place ridiculous adoptions fees on him.....there IS a modest rehoming fee for his safety and he comes with his kennel. Chunky 40lb 3yr old lab x. HIGH energy outside, will happily entertain himself with dog toys inside. MUST BE KEPT ON LEASH, he has jumped a fence before. GREAT in the house, loves other dogs (NO cats/small animals) and adores children (though he has energy so he may be better suited for older children...my son is young but dog savvy and they are great). Knows basic commands, walks fine on a leash, house broken and kennel trained. Fairly quiet, will bark if someone comes to the door. I think he'd do better in a house though.
