Ecocare Supply is seeking full time cleaning professionals that want to build a career with a young and rapidly growing company. On-site training is provided so prior cleaning experience not required. Ample opportunity to advance to managerial positions. General duties=dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning and restocking, waste removal with option to run floor scrubbers. Contracts are split with our cleaner. Whatever we bill the client is split 65% to cleaner 35% to Ecocare. Each week you will get that 65%. Once broken down to hourly that ranges from $12 to $15 per hour. When you start it will be $12 as you will need more time to become familiar with the space and duties. As time passes and you become more efficient you will complete the tasks in less time so the rate becomes $15 per hour. We do not keep time cards but expect all daily/weekly/monthly tasks to get done extremely well. Our goal is to give our cleaners more vested interest in the contract to maintain a very high level of quality service so that the client is happy.
