****THIS POSTING WILL BE DELETED/REMOVED WHEN POSITION(S) ARE FILLED**** ****UPDATED AS NEEDED**** Position #1) BLENDER: - Pre-weigh various dry ingredients for blending - Add dry ingredients to blenders. Simply pouring raw ingredients into industrial food blender. - Put completed product in buckets. This step consists of opening a discharge gate and carefully allowing the product to pour into food safe buckets. - Clean blenders. After blends are complete, a thorough cleaning is required before continuing blending. - Strictly adhere to GMP's - Forklift certified or willing to learn and become certified Position #2) PRE-WEIGH TECH: - Operate Automated Spice and Seasoning Packing Machine - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods of time - Ability to work in a group or individual setting - Pre-Weigh blends for blending - Critical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to the work pace and problem solve/troubleshoot - Forklift certified or willing to learn and become certified Position #3) PACKER: - Pack spices according to customers desires - Operate automated packing machines - Must be okay standing on your feet for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis - Must be able to work in a team Details: - Every position is entry level, with opportunity to expand - Our normal shift is: (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm - Overtime on Fridays and/or adjusted start/stop times during busy seasons and as required - Weekly paycheck (Thursdays) - Hourly pay - Excellent benefits (Regular hours, no weekends, health insurance at low cost to employee, 401k, Dental & Vision, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: - Must have ability to listen, interact and communicate verbally and in writing, in English (Incentive pay potentially for fluency in English & Spanish) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods of time - Ability to work individually or in a team - Reliable transportation - Ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment - Timeliness & Dependability - Attention to detail EMAIL OR CALL LUKE TODAY FOR MORE INFORMATION!!!
