The Wash and Detail Specialist role is an hourly position with a range of $13.00 to $15.00 an hour. This is an entry level position with career advancement possibilities in the growing RV industry! What We Offer: · Competitive pay and/or performance bonuses · Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance · 401k Plan · Paid Vacation, Holidays and Benefit Days Responsibilities of a Wash and Detail Specialist: · Washing and detailing of coaches both exterior and interior · Work with the sales and service departments to deliver Superior Customer Service. · Quality Control – Exterior and Interior of Units. · Be sure all coaches meet our high standards and spot check all work · Approve units for release to customer · Keep coaches on the lot in show ready condition · Keep the wash areas and other areas clean and orderly · Be sure all policies and procedures are followed and executed in a timely mannerRequirementsQualifications of a Wash and Detail Specialist: · This position requires high-energy with the ability to stay mobile and active throughout the day. · Ability to work outside in the elements · Good communication skills with both employees and guests of NIRVC · Clean-cut appearance · Valid driver's license with clean record · Drug-free This job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
