NEED TO RE-HOME YOUR XL OR GIANT BREED DOG?

I have been trying to find a playmate (ONLY 1!) for my 5 1/2 year old, neutered, 190 pound Great Dane but have been unable to find one that meets our specific qualifications. My dog has Wobbler Syndrome and needs a playmate who is not hyper and doesn't play rough. 2-5+ years old. No major medical issues. No food/or possession aggression. Would prefer already fixed, UTD on all Vet care/ flea and heart worm meds. Vet records need to be available to my Vet. My Dane is never crated. I don't have a crate and looking for a companion that doesn't need to be crated. Must not act aggressively towards cats, occasional visitors and OK encountering others walking their dogs. Leash trained preferred but will work with one who isn't. So, in a nutshell... Looking for someone in the unfortunate situation of having to surrender their "Gentle Giant" couch potato breed dog - like Dane, Great Pyr., St. Bernard, Newfie, Mastiff, Lab, Irish Wolfhound purebred or mix please contact me via CL mail initially. No "sellers" with high re-homing fees. NO PUPPIES! No pits, rotties or chows sorry. Not bad dogs only bad experiences with these). I have excellent Vet reference, VERY large fenced yard and spend most of time at home. I'm in the Farmington area. No children living at home. Thanks
