Two parakeets with cage

Offering two bonded young parakeets (less than 6 months old). They are not hand tame. Healthy and happy. They come with their cage and stand (unless you already have one), which retails for $142 on Amazon. I need to rehome them because my dog enjoys scaring them, so they are currently in a closed off room, which seems unfair to them. Asking $70 rehoming fee with everything.
