About the Production Labor Position The Production Laborer will work as part of team focused on safely and efficiently producing concrete products in a manufacturing environment. A qualified candidate should have the ability to read basic blueprints, operate hand tools/power tools and concrete related equipment such as vibrators and finishing tools. Duties include: · Light equipment operation (skid steer, forklifts, etc.) · Tying rebar · Setting basic concrete formwork · Placing, vibrating and finishing concrete · Finishing concrete · Custom woodworking Typical work hours are Mon - Fri - 7am to 4p - with opportunity for overtime. This is a full time, non-exempt position. Compensation will depend on experience
