Wooddale Village is a beautiful resort-style retirement community located in Sun City, offering the finest in services, amenities, and healthy lifestyle. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, service and repair of the interior and exterior of our community.
Responds and assesses to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing minor plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs. Repairs and maintains apartment turns in a timely manner. Ensures common areas of the community are properly maintained. Responds appropriately to management and/or community emergencies by assisting as needed.
Duties:
· Collect trash daily
· Complete daily work orders
· Maintain pools, ponds, and fountains clean
· Work on turn over units completing the turn-over checklist
· Set up for activities as needed
· Maintain clean shop and golf cart
· Maintain walkways
· Ensure all building and property lights are functioning
· Replace common area filters as scheduled
· Test emergency system and smoke detectors and inspect for mold
· Roof coating
· Special projects as assigned
