We are a manufacturer of wood composite baseball bats located in the Deer Valley area. We are looking for a highly motivated full-time finish technician who has a passion for baseball, making the highest performance and best-looking baseball bat in the industry. We are a fast-paced environment utilizing agile manufacturing methods. All team members are expected to listen, learn, share and adopt ideas with each other. The number one priority is making the best bat possible, so every player experience exceeds expectations and they share their great experience with others. This position will be responsible for ensuring all bats are finished to the highest quality standards through an initial rough sanding process, the application of the handle knob and the final process of filling and fine sanding before the application of the painted finish. This position is critical to ensure every bat meets the highest quality standards in the industry which have made the Baum bat legendary among players who use them.
