ServiceMaster Restoration by ORC is an established emergency mitigation service company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage as well as turnkey reconstruction. We have been serving Arizona for over 12 years; we have the largest territory of all Arizona ServiceMasters and we continue to grow! The Mitigation Team is responsible for mitigating damage to homes caused by water, fire, mold, smoke, soot, etc. We are looking for honest, hard-working, service-focused Lead Technicians to join our team. Duties Include - Water Damage Restoration - Mold Remediation and Clean-Up - Sewage Damage Clean-Up - Fire Clean-Up - Trauma Clean-Up - Carpet and Duct Cleaning - Board-Up/Tarp-Up The ideal candidate would have: - At least 1 year of experience in the Restoration Industry and/or IICRC WTR/ASD Certification - Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. - 39-month Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 3 violations. $500 sign on bonus will be paid out after completing 90 days of employment.
