Looking for local and travel installers and helpers. Installers: Great physical health as you'll be handling heavy furniture or appliances as high as 4th level apartments. Great MVR (no DUI, speeding tickets, no more than 2 points, etc.) Customer friendly Great teamwork (do what's needed) Have own tools (or rent mine) GE certified Dependable (You'll be directly representing my company) Reliable transportation Clean background Helpers: Clean background Physically fit moving furniture and kitchen appliances as high as the fourth level of apartment complexes Motivated to get the job done as fast and safe as possible (regardless of how short of a day you'll still get an 8 hour pay day) Dependable Transportation to and from the job Customer friendly Pay is biweekly Installers pay is based on work performed not hours so the more efficient and fast the better! Helpers hourly rate, however, if you want to overall make more money get the job done faster for a guaranteed 8 hours. Travel Teams get bonuses after assignments are completed. You could be out from 2 weeks to 2 months or so. Various bonuses given throughout the teams for literally doing what you're supposed to do and how you're supposed to do it! Hiring process takes a maximum of 3 weeks!
