Flexible hours, part time help wanted

This is ideal for a high school, college student or someone looking for some part time work. I have multiple rental properties and duties that I need done. It can range from boat cleaning, lake house tidying up, deck power washing, pool cleaning, errand running, weed eating, changing light bulbs, etc... I need someone who is trustworthy, has a drivers license and is allowed to drive, has a clean background record (can't have someone with felonies or theft issues entering properties) and is able to work on their own, has a little handyperson knowledge or can look something up on the internet and figure out how to do it (change a door lock for example) and still get a job done. This can be anywhere from 10-25 hours a week depending on how many hours you'd like and what the season is. You would make your own hours. I basically give you a list of things I need done and you get them done when you can. I need someone with good communication skills, that again, is trustworthy.
