I have a minimum of 4 mobile homes to rehab/remodel. Must have construction experience in replacing subflooring, setting cabinets, tear out & installation of tubs, showers, and surrounds, toilets, doors/windows, replacing drywall & painting, building steps, basic plumbing & electrical, etc. Pay is based on experience & job $15-20 cash per hr. or you can price by the entire job. Must have own tools and transportation. Do not waste your time or mine if you are not experienced in all these areas or if you do drugs!
