Comes with a half a bag of food, a soft beanie hat that he sleeps in, food and water dishes, huge plastic tote that he stays in, his cage must be as large as possible or he will get depressed, and a half of a massive bag of hedgehog freindly pine litter from Menards for $5, litter should last for at least another year. I call him Eepie. He will totally fill both of your hands when cupped, he is large. He is about 3 years old, he has no health problems. You might think he likes to bite and hang on to your finger to be mean... actually all hedgehogs do that to anything that smells, like the end of your finger, and the shirt under your armpit, yes he will play tug of war with the shirt under your armpit, they all do that because they want the scent on themselves to help camouflage their own scent. He does not do that to be mean, he is very nice, just be alert of what he's doing when in your lap, or he may bite your finger hard and hang on, drawing very tiny drops of blood. They all do that. He loves his family very much and likes to be taken out of the plastic tote nearly every day to crawl on you and hang out behind your back. He has never bitten me on the back, only the end of my finger. He must not be allowed to get colder than 50 degrees or he may go into half hibernation and die, as they do hibernate in freezing weather. $125 rehoming fee.
